What are the membership terms and conditions?

Main Track, BattleKart, Virtual Reality, Mini Track & Junior Track Bookings

Discount is only applicable to races & games within 14 days of today's date. Discount will only be applicable once a date is within 14 days of today's date. Each membership will allow a maximum of 1 discounted seat per person, per race ($19 off). If you attempt to add more than 1 seat, only the 1st seat will have the applicable discount. Maximum 4 races per day with membership pricing.  If you attempt to purchase more than 4 with membership pricing, you will be contacted to pay the amount in full.  Failure to do so will result in those additional sessions being cancelled. 

*Membership discounts cannot be stacked with postcode discounts. If logged in with an active membership, the postcode discount will not be applied.

*Only purchase ONE (1) membership per account, if you are to purchase multiple memberships on the same account, you will only receive the $19 off once. Having numerous memberships on the same account does not give you the benefits multiple times on the same product. 

*You can only book 4 races per person before midday and 4 races after midday. This will reset daily. If you attempt to book more than 8 sessions a day within said time frames, they will auto-cancel, and you will be notified. If you wish to book additional sessions without them auto-cancelling, you must do so with an account that doesn't have a membership applied to it. You can do this by logging out of your membership - linked account and checking out online as a guest, or by logging in with a different email.

Any customers racing under a membership discount will have their ID checked by Front Desk prior to your race to ensure the individual who purchased the membership is the one racing. If the member isn't the one racing, the individual will not be allowed to race and no refund will be provided.

Arcade Games

Free Arcade Games redeemed through Hyper Karting staff upon arrival for the active member only. The daily limit is 20 arcade games per member.

Beverages 

50% off all beverages for the membership holder (maximum 2 drinks per day). Excludes Red Bull. Please advise staff at the front desk you are an active member. 

Merchandise 

Free Hyper Karting Hat to be redeemed upon your first race with membership. 

Detailed Information:
By subscribing to Hyper Karting Membership service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew monthly on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.

Any booking made that the member does not attend will incur a strike on your account. Excessive strikes in a short period of time will result in staff monitoring your account and potentially cancelling your membership. Please advise staff via phone or email if you are unable to attend your booked session so we are able to release the seat to the general public.

You must have an active membership to race at Hyper Karting. If your membership is cancelled, all future bookings outside of the membership period will be cancelled and you will not be allowed to race.
